Hi I'm Kerin and I am excited to see you here. Taking that first step towards getting help can be scary and uncomfortable so let's walk through it together. I am here to listen and support you as we enter into this relationship of therapy. Congratulations on taking the first step. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping clients with challenges of depression, anxiety, stress management and family relationships. I believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and treat each client as an individual. I utilize a strengths perspective to help clients see their true abilities and help them build upon this foundation. I will meet you wherever you are and we will work together to reach your goals.
